📜 Server Rules

Treat everyone with kindness: Be polite and friendly to fellow players. Trolling, insults, and harassment will not be tolerated 🚫.
Be inclusive: We welcome everyone! Create a welcoming space for all players regardless of background, gender, or experience 🌈.
Zero tolerance for racism or hate speech: Any form of discrimination, hate speech, or offensive behavior (including usernames or builds) will result in immediate action 🛑.
No inappropriate content: Explicit or NSFW material will not be permitted anywhere on the server. Keep it PG-13! 🚫👎
Use common sense: Think before you speak or act. Treat others the way you want to be treated 🤔❤️.

No spamming: Avoid flooding the chat with excessive messages, images, tags, emotes, or repetitive content 🚫📸. It disrupts conversations and annoys other players.
No advertising: Do not promote external websites, services, or products. This includes inviting players to other servers or advertising on behalf of others 📢💼.
Speak English in public channels: It’s important for everyone to understand each other! Please use English in the general chat 🌍🗣️.
Stay on-topic: Keep your conversations relevant to the server. Avoid going off-topic or derailing discussions 🗨️.
Be respectful in discussions: If you disagree with someone, do so in a respectful manner without name-calling or belittling others 🤝.

No cheats or hacks: Using hacks, mods, or cheats such as X-ray, fly mods, or any tool that gives an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited 🚫💻.
No griefing: Don’t destroy, steal, or damage other players' creations, builds, or resources. Respect other people's hard work 🛠️💔.
Respect personal builds and claims: If you see another player’s structure or area, don’t interfere with or destroy it. Ask for permission before building nearby 🏰.
No bug exploiting: If you find a bug or glitch in the server, report it immediately. Abusing bugs for personal gain is not allowed ⚠️🐞.
No boosting: Do not use alternative accounts or any other means to artificially boost your town’s claims, resources, or power ⚠️.
Play fairly: Any form of cheating, including using mods or tools that give you an unfair advantage, will result in penalties 🚷.
No snaking: Claiming the outer edges of a massive area without filling it in, just to appear as if you have a large claim on the online map, is not allowed 🚧📜.

Follow staff instructions: Staff members are here to ensure the server runs smoothly. Always comply with their instructions 👨‍⚖️🔊.
Respect staff decisions: Staff decisions are made for the benefit of the server and its community. If you disagree, approach staff respectfully and professionally 🗣️.
Appeal process: If you feel a decision was unfair, you can submit an appeal via the appropriate channels. Be sure to stay polite and provide relevant information 📨.
Staff authority is final: Staff decisions are made to maintain a positive environment, and their decisions are final unless proven otherwise ⚖️.

Respect others' privacy: Don’t share personal information such as addresses, phone numbers, or emails without permission 🛑.
Protect your own privacy: Be cautious about what you share, especially on public channels. Always protect your account with strong passwords 🔑.
Report suspicious activity: If you notice suspicious behavior, scams, or phishing attempts, report it immediately to staff 🚨.
Use secure connections: Always ensure your account is secure, especially if you use public Wi-Fi or share devices 🔒💻.

No lag-inducing builds: Avoid creating massive redstone contraptions or machines that cause server lag. Help maintain smooth gameplay for everyone ⚙️❌.
Follow server guidelines: Don’t use any modifications that could negatively impact server performance or give you an unfair advantage 🔧.
Respect server limits: Keep your builds within server limits to avoid performance issues, including limits on chunk loading or the size of structures 🏗️.
